Delivery

Instant. Handled by Patreon & Discord.

When your payment goes through on Patreon, you automatically receive a role in our Discord server. From there, you just use the `/download` command and our bot will instantly DM you the software.

If something goes wrong with delivery, just open a ticket in the Discord and we'll sort it out.

Authentication

Simple. Just use your Patreon account.

There are no license keys to copy and paste, and we don't lock the software to your hardware (HWID). When you open the snow. app, you just log in securely using your Patreon account. As long as your subscription is active, you have access.

If you ever get a new PC, just redownload it from Discord and log back in. It's that easy.

Updates

We push fixes fast.

Roblox and Fisch update constantly. When something breaks, we try to push a fix the same day — usually within a few hours. Check the Status page or Discord for announcements.

Updates are automatic. snow.exe pulls the latest version on launch. You never have to re-download it.

Refunds

All sales final.

It's a digital product that gets delivered the second you pay. We don't do refunds. If snow. genuinely doesn't work on your machine for some reason on our end, reach out and we'll figure it out — we're not going to leave you with nothing.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Patreon memberships page. It stops future charges. It doesn't refund the current period.

Support

Discord. That's where we are.

All support goes through the Discord server. Open a ticket in #support with your issue and the email you purchased with. Lifetime holders get priority — you're usually heard within an hour.
